📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire design and construction process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.
• Lead a team of talented architects and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative and functional designs.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to create detailed and accurate architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes, as well as industry best practices.
• Develop and implement sustainable and eco-friendly design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architecture and engineering industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture and engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Certification in LEED or other sustainable design and construction practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
