📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage procurement processes from request to delivery, using tools like SAP and ProcurementIQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
• Monitor spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
• Provide bilingual support for supplier communications, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience using procurement software such as SAP, ProcurementIQ, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
