📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Assist in the training and development of junior chefs.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food handling and hygiene certification.
