📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Japanese Language Training programs.
• Create and manage social media content to engage potential students.
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive enrollment and student success.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education marketing.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and websites.
• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education marketing or a related field.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
• Knowledge of Japanese language and culture is a plus.
