📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs for Desk Collection agents, focusing on customer service, collection techniques, and financial knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure consistent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze agent performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving agent performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to new and existing agents to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and financial services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the overall training and development strategy for the Desk Collection team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the P2P lending and fintech sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and develop a diverse team of agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
