Den Silver Group is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up on existing leads,Conduct sales presentations to potential customers to promote our products/services,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers,Maintain and update customer records and sales reports,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs,Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales performance,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or related sales roles,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
