📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and update API documentation for developers.,Conduct technical reviews to ensure consistency and clarity in documentation.,Assist in creating training materials for internal and external stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with API documentation and technical standards is a plus.
