📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Evaluate and select vendors based on predefined criteria to ensure the best value for money.,Manage the entire procurement process, from request for quotes to contract negotiation and execution.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related role.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
