📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of assigned projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and monitor the quality of work to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.,Ensure the safety of workers and compliance with all safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
