Agung Putri Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our outlets in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability in the assigned areas.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in the Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta area.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
