📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, providing information about our transportation services.,Process customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently and accurately.,Upsell and cross-sell services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of sales counter items.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and appreciated.,Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
