Global City Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Samarinda. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and profitability of our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular meetings with senior management to discuss restaurant performance and strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
