Shine Point Berjaya is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.,Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement and followers.,Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive leads and conversions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns.,Manage and report on digital marketing KPIs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.,Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
