📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Oversee the efficient operation of housekeeping, front desk, and dining services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all hotel operations.,Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.,Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.,Good knowledge of English is required.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
