📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Ensure the safety and security of warehouse operations, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
