📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor and optimize production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to production staff.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
