📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
