Central Town Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
