Hokian Kirana Bakso is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our bakso production process. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work both in the office and on-site at our production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the bakso production process from start to finish.,Ensure that all production equipment is functioning properly and maintained.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct quality checks to ensure that all bakso products meet quality standards.,Manage and train production staff to ensure high productivity and quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of bakso production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel to different production sites.
