NOKIA Nusantara is looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join our team in Garut. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to support users.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work collaboratively with the IT team to improve systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.,Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
