Sky Place Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently and accurately.,Maintain accurate records of guest information, including check-in and check-out times.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available at Sky Place Nusantara.,Monitor front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.,Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions.,Assist with event setup and coordination, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hospitality management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
