📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales teams.,Promote store products and initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
