PT Sumber Media Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and visitors, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees and visitors on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and emergency procedures.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the integration of health, safety, and environmental considerations into all aspects of the business.,Promote a strong safety culture within the organization through effective communication and leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the health, safety, or environmental field.,Certification in relevant health, safety, or environmental standards and regulations, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.
