📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is a plus.
