As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Organize and conduct training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
