📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
