📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Ensure the safety of the crew and adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.,Manage and supervise the crew, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of cargo.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vessel operations and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in cargo handling and vessel maintenance is a plus.,Familiarity with the use of maritime software and equipment is a plus.
