📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality of training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness and participant feedback.,Maintain records and reports of training activities and participant data.,Support the development of training budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
