📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist registered nurses in providing patient care.,Prepare and administer medications as directed.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.,Assist in patient transportation and mobility.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room.,Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Participate in team meetings and follow hospital policies and procedures.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar role.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic medical equipment and instruments.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid nursing assistant certification or license (preferred).🛠️ Keahlian
