- Analyze and process insurance claims using ClaimWorks and PolicyMaster
- Verify the authenticity of claims and assess damages
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims
- Provide regular reports on claim status and trends
- Assist in training new team members on claims processing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims processing efficiency
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claims regulations
- Proficiency in using ClaimWorks and PolicyMaster
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in insurance claims processing or a related field is a plus
