📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize logistics, procurement, and distribution.
• Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement effective inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Leverage advanced technologies like SAP and Oracle to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
• Analyze supply chain data using tools like Power BI and Tableau to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in managing complex supply chains.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CPIM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including SAP and Oracle.
• Proficient in data analysis tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
