You'll also be involved in creating and executing marketing strategies to attract more customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain office administration tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our boating services.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and marketing roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with social media marketing platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with the boating industry and local market trends in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
