As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment approval. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely payments. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports for management.

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain strict compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and resolve payment disputes.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including aging reports and payment summaries.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff in accounts payable processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
